1. Acceptance of Terms & Age Requirements

Welcome to My Race Hub ("we," "our," or "us"). By downloading or using My Race Hub, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app. You must be at least 13 years of age to use this Service. If you are under 18, you must have permission from a parent or legal guardian to make any purchases.

2. Service Description: Prep vs. Podium

My Race Hub operates under two primary tiers:

• Prep (Free): Provides access to basic race planning tools with a limited number of active races.
• Podium (Pro): A paid upgrade offering unlimited races and cloud synchronization. Access is granted via annual subscriptions or lifetime unlocks.

3. Intellectual Property & Acceptable Use

You retain all rights to the data and race plans you input into the app. However, My Race Hub retains all rights, title, and interest in and to the app's code, design, branding, and logos. You agree not to copy, modify, reverse engineer, or attempt to extract the source code of the app, nor use the app for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.

4. Liability & "As Is" Disclaimer

My Race Hub is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. While we strive for 100% accuracy in our syncing, flight tracking, and timeline features, the user is ultimately responsible for their own race-day logistics. My Race Hub is not liable for any direct, indirect, or incidental damages resulting from your use of the app, including but not limited to:

• Missed race starts, flights, or registration deadlines.
• Equipment failure, injuries, or forgotten gear.
• Loss of data due to internet connectivity issues or device failure.

5. Subscriptions & Refunds

All financial transactions are handled securely by the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. Subscriptions will auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. Refund requests must be directed to the respective App Store handling the transaction in accordance with their policies.

6. Account Deletion & Termination

You may permanently delete your account and all associated cloud data at any time via the app settings. We reserve the right to terminate or suspend accounts that violate these terms, abuse our systems, or attempt to bypass the "Podium" gatekeeper logic.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time. Significant changes will be communicated through the app or via the email address associated with your account.
