  • Account Information: When you sign in using Google Sign-In, we receive your basic profile information, including your name and email address.
  • App Data: To provide our core functionality, we store the data you input into the app. This includes your race schedules, personal bests, timelines, and gear checklists.
  • Purchase Information: If you upgrade to the Podium Pass (Pro tier), your transaction is processed securely through Apple's App Store or Google Play. We use RevenueCat to verify your subscription status, but we do not directly collect or store your credit card information.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect strictly to operate and improve My Race Hub. Specifically, we use your data to:

  • Provide, maintain, and personalize your race timelines and checklists.
  • Sync your data across multiple devices via our secure cloud database.
  • Verify your subscription status and grant access to premium features.
  • Provide customer support when you reach out to us.

4. Data Storage and Security

We do not sell your personal data to third parties. Your app data is stored securely using Google Firebase, which employs industry-standard encryption protocols. For "Prep" (free tier) users, the majority of your data is stored locally on your device using Hive database solutions, ensuring offline availability and maximum privacy. Cloud synchronization is securely enabled for "Podium" (Pro) users.

5. Third-Party Services

We rely on a few trusted third-party services to operate the app:

  • Google Firebase: Used for secure authentication (Google Sign-In) and cloud database storage.
  • RevenueCat: Used to securely manage and verify in-app purchases and subscriptions.
  • AviationStack: Used to provide real-time flight tracking data (for Pro users). No personal identifying information is shared with this service.

6. Your Data Rights (GDPR / CCPA)

You maintain full control over your data. At any time, you can request to view, export, or permanently delete your account and all associated cloud data. You can perform these actions directly within the My Race Hub app settings, or via the "Danger Zone" section on your online web dashboard. Deleting your account is permanent and cannot be undone.
